Refund policy

DIGITAL PRODUCTS — ALL SALES FINAL

Our products are digital files delivered instantly. Once downloaded,
they can't be returned. We don't offer change-of-mind refunds.

By purchasing, you acknowledge you're buying digital files delivered
immediately, and that you've reviewed the product page, previews,
file counts, formats, and license tier before buying.

WHEN WE DO REFUND

We'll refund, replace, or credit — your choice — if:

- Files are corrupted, incomplete, or unplayable and we can't fix it
- The download doesn't work and we can't resolve it
- The pack materially differs from its description (significantly
  fewer files, wrong format or resolution, missing components)
- You bought the same pack twice, or bought something already
  included in a bundle you own
- You bought the wrong license tier and haven't used the files
- Your payment method was used without your permission
- You paid and never received access

Refunds go to your original payment method, usually within 5-10
business days of approval.

WHEN WE DON'T

- You changed your mind after downloading
- You don't like the style, and it matched what was shown
- You don't have the software or hardware to use the files
- Your project was cancelled
- You expected different business results
- You already made substantial use of the files
- You bought a lower tier and used it beyond that tier's scope
  (we invoice the difference instead)

HOW TO REQUEST ONE

Email support@taterobertsav.com within 14 days of purchase with:

1. Your order number
2. The product name
3. What went wrong

A screenshot or error message speeds things up. We won't make you
justify a request that falls under "when we do refund" above.

PLEASE EMAIL BEFORE FILING A CHARGEBACK

Most problems are a broken download link and take two minutes to fix.

If you file a chargeback without contacting us first, your license to
that product ends immediately, and we may suspend access to
everything else you've purchased.

Filed one by mistake? Tell us and we'll work with you to reverse it.

FREE DOWNLOADS

No refunds on free products. If a free download fails, email us and
we'll re-send it.

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law
that can't be excluded. You keep full statutory rights where digital
content is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
