DIGITAL DELIVERY — NOTHING IS SHIPPED

All Tate Roberts A/V products are digital downloads. Nothing is
physically shipped. No shipping address and no shipping fee applies.

HOW YOU RECEIVE YOUR FILES

Download links appear immediately after checkout and are also sent
to the email address on your order. Delivery is normally instant.

If the email hasn't arrived within a few minutes, check your spam
folder.

FILE SIZES

Our packs are large — often several gigabytes. Download on Wi-Fi
using a desktop or laptop rather than on mobile data, and check you
have enough free storage before you start.

DOWNLOAD PROBLEMS

Broken link, expired link, corrupted file, or lost your files
entirely?

Email support@taterobertsav.com with your order number and we'll
restore your access. No charge, and there's no expiration on being a
legitimate customer.

Please download and back up your files promptly. We aim to keep links
live for at least 12 months, but don't rely on us as your only copy.
